Real House Flipper Reacts to HGTV | What TV doesn’t tell you…

In today’s video, (I) Sam Kwak (a real-life landlord and a house flipper) will react to a popular HGTV episode and tell you the realities of flipping houses. While it’s extremely entertaining to watch these shows, they may not tell you 100% of the truth or what REALLY goes on in a house flipping business. So as a real-life house flipper and a landlord, I will give you my perspective on episodes of a popular HGTV house-flipping show. My reaction is not meant to be an attack on specific TV show stars or individuals but rather a reaction to the portrayal of the fix and flip business made by the TV. DISCLAIMER: The Kwak Brothers do not own the rights to the HGTV footage. We are adding commentary and alteration of the original footage under Fair Use. We give all credit to HGTV and its production team for the original footage used to create our content. Whether you’re interested in real estate, fix and flip, or the business of real estate – fixing and flipping is often portrayed as a “sexy” and profitable business to be in. But, is it all glamourous? No… There are parts in the business where it’s extremely boring and oftentimes, the fix and flip business can cause a massive amounts of stress and the headaches. There are realities that aren’t portrayed on TV but these realities are very important to the actual business. I’m going to give you my reaction as to whether the TV world has it right? Are they actually flipping houses or are they just faking it? Are they flipping the houses the right way? And… What TV doesn’t tell you about the fix and Flip business.
