In today’s video, (I) Sam Kwak (a real-life landlord and a house flipper) will react to a popular HGTV episode and tell you the realities of flipping houses. While it’s extremely entertaining to watch these shows, they may not tell you 100% of the truth or what REALLY goes on in a house flipping business. So as a real-life house flipper and a landlord, I will give you my perspective on episodes of a popular HGTV house-flipping show. My reaction is not meant to be an attack on specific TV show stars or individuals but rather a reaction to the portrayal of the fix and flip business made by the TV. There are realities that aren’t portrayed on TV but these realities are very important to the actual business. I’m going to give you my reaction as to whether the TV world has it right? Are they actually flipping houses or are they just faking it? Are they flipping the houses the right way? And… What TV doesn’t tell you about the fix and Flip business.
