The Closing Table is a Reality TV show for real estate investors. Think of it as “Shark Tank for Real Estate”. Contestants (aspiring real estate investors) bring their real estate deals to the top deal closer experts to pitch their deals. Winners will be inducted into the Closing Table Hall of Fame. In this episode, DJ from Chicago calls into The Closing Table show with a real estate deal in the Back of the Yards neighborhood in Chicago. DJ is a student at Loyola University in Chicago, studying Neuroscience. In this real estate deal analysis by The Kwak Brothers, they give DJ some great insight about the deal in Chicago but also, some great advice for those looking to start real estate investing.
