Housing Market: Top Markets to Invest in 2021

Housing Market: Top Markets to Invest in 2021 | The housing market and its outlook has been a very polarizing subject, on one side of the coin you have many influencers and fellow YouTubers very optimistic about the 2021 real estate market. On the other side of the coin, others are very doom and gloom…..very. But in this video, I will be talking about the 2021 housing market forecast as a whole and then I will give you 3 locations that I feel are the strongest for real estate investing and home purchasing. I spent all weekend researching these locations for the 2021 housing market because let us be honest, 2020 was a dumpster fire of a year…..and well I’d like nothing more than to see people win in the 2021 housing market. *******ALSO******* Stick around till the end of the video where we announce our SECOND winner of the Kwak Brothers giveaway. Email Us: [email protected] 0:00 Intro 2:00 The 3 sub-markets in 2021 housing market 2:40 Risk explanation for 2021 housing market 4:00 What this means for 2021 housing market 4:50 Number 1 2021 housing market 5:30 Number 2 2021 housing market 7:07 Number 3 2021 housing market 8:30 Tips for real estate investors for 2021 housing market 9:52 Outro & contest winner announcement The 2021 housing market has really put a lot of different opinions out there, but what can be said for sure there are 2 sides, the optimistic folks, and the doomers. But we are 4 days into 2021 how can we predict the future without seeing much change…..4 days into the new year. BUT what we can all agree upon as real estate investors, is that there will be some MAJOR changes in the 2021 housing market. And what I can share with you for sure is some insight into what to look for in regards to real estate investing. Now in regards to investing, during the “due-diligence” process, there are 3 sub-housing markets, you got your primary market (Downtown Chicago), secondary market (Chicago Suburbs), and tertiary markets (cornfields). Now, this all goes into the quality of tenants that will be occupying your investment properties. You are more likely to find quality tenants in a primary market vs a tertiary market based on the population numbers. This doesn’t mean we need to be investing in major cities (NY, LA, CHI) because there are many things stacked up against landlords in major areas such as that. BUT that’s not saying you can’t invest in a primary area. There are a couple areas that stand out in the crowd of primary markets in the 2021 housing market. And in this video, I explain WHY……after countless hours of research……picked these particular markets. Only time will tell exactly how the 2021 housing market will unfold and we at the Kwak Brothers will stay at the tip of the spear bringing you the most up-to-date information to help you grow your real estate investing portfolio in 2021!

EIDL Grant… Beware of these Scams

With the return of the EIDL Grant and EIDL Loan programs, a new surge of scammers has returned to prey on business owners! So, in this video, I’m going to give you some signs to watch out for so that you don’t fall into the hands of the scammers. I’m also going share how you can get legitimate help when applying for the EIDL Grant and the EIDL Loan Program. Explanation of the EIDL Loan Program: https://youtu.be/2qdtqjysmuw 1:31 False Representation of SBA. Very often, you’ll see social media profiles or even youtube channels with a picture of the SBA logo. Pretending to be the SBA soliciting for help. Be VERY careful as these social media profiles might be scammers looking to scam you. 2:33 Asking Sensitive Information over the phone. If the person on the phone is asking for your full social security number, EIN, address, or any other information that they can identify you with, hang up the phone. Again, these scammers may pretend to be with the SBA to obtain information from you. 3:24 Asking for an Up-front Fee 4:23 Suggesting that you should Lie or Skew the numbers 5:05 Make Sure You’re on the Right Website If you see any other website links (especially ones that are not secured – not HTTPS), chances are, they are NOT the SBA. 6:00 Practicing law or giving you tax advice If your “helper” is giving you tax or legal advice without actually being a licensed professional. (i.e. making you create an LLC and a corporation) 6:58 If you smell something shady… speak up! Get a second opinion on the process. Okay! So Here’s how you get real help for your SBA EIDL application or even your PPP application., 8:02 Talk to a local licensed professional This could be your attorney, accountant, bookkeeper, or a financial counselor that can actually represent you because they are licensed to do so. If you are a business, you should already have an accountant or an attorney that can help you with the EIDL application. 9:09 Review Your Application before Submitting Before submitting your application, be sure that YOU review them and make sure that all information is truthful, accurate, verifiable. 9:32 Fees are disclosed before you sign up Fees should be paid upon successful application. It’s okay that some attorneys charge you a small retainer upfront. 9:54 Your Professionals Need to Protect You If you ever share your private information such as credit information, your licensed professionals should understand that there are laws set in place to protect your information. Some laws also suggest that your private information be deleted after a certain period of time. 10:38 Don’t be afraid to ask any questions…

Housing Market… being destroyed by the Stimulus?

Housing Market… With the second stimulus bill moving quickly through the government and it looks like everyone will be getting, at least, $600 check from the stimulus package. But what does the stimulus package mean outside of free money? What does this mean for our economy? And most importantly, how will it affect the housing market? In this video, I will be giving you my take on the whole ordeal and what the future will be looking like for generations to come. Email Us: [email protected] Article: Evictions loom for as many as 20 million Americans who are behind on rent. That’s about the population of Florida. http://businessinsider.com/millions-of-americans-are-behind-on-rent-risk-of-eviction-2020-12#:~:text=Up%20to%2020%20million%20Americans,rent%2C%20risk%20eviction%20-%20Business%20Insider&text=The%20word%20%22Insider%22.&text=A%20leading-edge%20research%20firm%20focused%20on%20digital%20transformation 0:00 Intro 1:05 The cost of the stimulus 3:00 Where does stimulus money come from? 4:10 How does this affect the housing market? 6:43 My initial thoughts on the stimulus 9:33 Data points to my argument 11:32 The Kwak Brothers giveaway With the stimulus looking like it will be signed into law here in the next few days, pending Senate approval, many ask the question, “who’s paying for this?”. Obviously, it’s not President Trump himself, but The Federal Reserve has a lot to do with it, but have you thought about, ourselves? YES! But not you and I, more like, our grandchildren. And the effect of the massive government spending in 2020, will be seen in the Social Security Fund. Many times when the government borrows money for social programs, it literally is being borrowed from the taxpayers without consent. And with the Fed’s balance sheet getting bigger by the month, it’s sitting at almost $7 Trillion dollars, and if this stimulus passes, it’ll add even more! So how is this connected to the real estate market? Well, it takes people to buy homes in the real estate market.
