First Deal Mentor Coaching Agreement

Effective February 1st, 2023.

This is a legally binding contract between You (the “ Client”) and Kwak Brothers Coaching, LLC. (The Kwak Brothers). delivering the products and services herein referred to as “First Deal Mentor” commencing from the date this agreement is signed.

What You Are Getting:

In exchange for the tuition fee to the First Deal Mentor program, You are agreeing to receive the following services from the company:

1. Weekly LIVE Zoom Coaching Calls

2. Weekly Success Accountability Call 

3. Full FDM Video Modules

4. Access to the Private Student-Only Community Platform 

5. Contract Templates & Documents

6. Two (x2) Decade In A Day Sessions

7. BONUS: One (x1) Annual Mastermind Retreat Ticket

Our Tuition Fee

Our tuition fee is Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000 USD) at the time of enrollment. We do award a cash discount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000 USD) if the student pays in full of the amount of Twenty-Thousand Dollars ($20,000 USD) at the time of enrollment.

What We Promise:

• We, Kwak Brothers Coaching, LLC, promise to provide the services listed above in a timely fashion. 

• We promise to be available and ready to teach you everything we know about helping you close a rental property in a manner that is ethical, moral, and legal.

• We promise to coach, mentor, and help you so that you could close your 1st real estate deal, specifically a rental property deal, in 15 months or less.

• We promise to keep your information safe, confidential, and secure at all times.

• We promise to communicate any substantial changes and announcements in a timely manner

• We promise to ensure that any communication or requests are responded to in a timely manner during normal business hours. Our business hours are from Mondays to Fridays between 9:00 am CST to 5 pm CST other than major bank holidays.

Conditional Money Back Guarantee 

• Within 450 Days of Enrollment (15 Months), if you do not acquire your first rental property, we will give you 100% of the program fee back to you ONLY under the following conditions:

  • You must have attended a minimum of 85% of all coaching sessions and success accountability sessions.

  • You must have completed 100% of the recorded video modules.

  • You must have adhered to all of the action items and given your best effort to carry out those action items in good faith.

• You understand and agree that the Kwak Brothers may audit and review your progress prior to refunding the program fee back to you.

• In the event that there's clear evidence that you've enrolled with malicious intent to hurt the Kwak Brothers and/or its employees, contractors, agents, owners, officers, and students - the Kwak Brothers have the right to disqualify you from the Money Back Guarantee. If you use the materials, tactics, and strategies we teach you to harm others - you will be disqualified from receiving any refunds. In the case of a dispute or disagreement, you promise that you will adhere to a tribunal and/or an arbitration process and accept the outcomes as final.

What You Promise & Expectations

• You agree and promise that you will adhere to recommendations given by your coach and trust the process. However, this is not to be construed as legal, financial, and or tax advice. 

• You agree that you are investing in education, consulting, and continuing support for the next 15 months. The Kwak Brothers DON'T originate loans, raise the money for you, or transact a real estate deal for you.  The Kwak Brothers do not offer legal, financial, and/or tax advice. 

• You agree and understand that the Kwak Brothers WILL not close the deals for you. You agree and promise to put in the effort and the work required to get the results.

• You agree to do your best to follow the coaching and instructions to the best of your ability.

• You agree to attend at a minimum of 85% of all coaching/success call sessions.

• You agree and promise to hold the Kwak Brothers and its employees, contractors, agents, owners, officers, and students from harm and liability. You agree that every action or inaction is your responsibility. You promise not to sue and to not cause a lawsuit against the Kwak Brothers.

• You understand that past performance, testimonials, and results are not indicators of future performance. There's always a chance that you may not succeed with the program.

• You Understand and Agree that you are responsible for all travel expenses and costs related to attending the events such as the Decade In A Day event and the Mastermind Retreats. First Deal Mentor is NOT responsible for any damages, liabilities, or costs incurred due to travel accidents or delays.

• You agree to the automatic renewal fee of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) at the end of the Fifteen (15) Month coaching program to continue receiving ongoing coaching, invitations to events, and updated educational videos for an additional Twelve (12) months upon renewal. The Renewal can be canceled and stopped at any time by contacting us Thirty (30) days or less before the renewal date.  With the Renewal of the program, you will receive: 

  • CONTINUED Weekly LIVE Zoom Coaching Calls

  • CONTINUED Weekly Success Accountability Call 

  • Full FDM Video Modules & its Updates

  • CONTINUED Access to the Private Student-Only Discord Server 

  • CONTINUED Access to Contract Templates & its Updates

  • Two (x2) Decade In Day Sessions with each renewal

  • One (x1)  Mastermind Retreat Ticket with the Renewal.

• If you felt delighted and pleased with the results, we ask that you introduce us to two or more of your closest friends and family members to our coaching program. We do award our clients with referral commissions by participating in the First Deal Mentor affiliate program.
