What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The Kwak Brothers (NOVO ELITE, INC.) collects data that we absolutely need to provide our products and services to the end users.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Any information submitted to us via our contact forms will be stored in our CRM (Contact Relationship Management) software. It will not be sold, traded, or distributed to any other organization or parties that we have no previously disclosed.

Any email address or phone numbers collected will be used to market and promote our materials to you via text message (SMS), marketing emails. and/or voice calls.

Our websites does not attempt to collect your social security number, information about your bank accounts, or financial accounts. 


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. A cookie is a set of digital code that we save on your browser. We use cookies to track your browsing activity, interactions as well as visits to a certain page throughout our websites. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We take data protection very seriously and we take measures to protect your data from hackers, spammers, and/or cyber criminals. We do not sell, distribute, or share your data with a 3rd party company without your consent or opt-in.

The Kwak Brothers are not:

(b) licensed financial advisors (though we employ a financial counselor)

(c) licensed or trained legal professional

(d) licensed or trained tax professional
