Stimulus Check Update | NEW Bipartisan Congress Stimulus Bill In The Works (stimulus)

Stimulus Check Update | NEW Bipartisan Stimulus Bill In The Works (stimulus) The house of representatives is back in session starting today and we can possibly see a new stimulus bill. There is also word that part of the stimulus is all payroll tax deferral COULD be forgave that was part of President Trump’s executive order. When the house of representatives went back into session today, there were talks of a NEW stimulus bill that would be made up of a team with equal Democrats & Republicans to come up with a bipartisan stimulus bill. The previous Republican skinny bill that was introduced at the beginning of their session was shot down and Nancy Pelosi has refused to accept ANY Republican bill. And just recently, 117 Democrats in the house of representatives, wrote an open letter to Nancy Pelosi URGING her to work with Republicans to come to an agreement for a stimulus bill. Again she decided to NOT take their advice and has said NO to anything that Republicans have introduced as far as a stimulus bill. 0:00 Intro 0:25 House of representatives back in session 0:49 Recap of stimulus news in recent days 1:20 Republican & Democrat committee 2:55 If there is NO progress in Congress 3:40 Payroll Tax Deferral The problem solver caucus is made up of both Democrat and Republican lawmakers to come up with a bipartisan bill that will hopefully pass the house of representatives. It is very possible that within this bill we will see a stimulus check of $1200, an extension of unemployment benefits, and many other stimulus items that have been a part of previous stimulus bills in the past. The stimulus bill would possibly be a little of a trillion dollars which is a little more that what Republican lawmakers wanted to see the stimulus bill be at as far as cost goes and far less then what Democrats want to see in a stimulus bill. If there is no forward progress on this stimulus bill, President Trump has again expressed his intention with using his executive powers to enact any of these stimulus programs. But before we even get to that, we are hoping that the house of representatives will come up with a fair stimulus bill before President Trump has to go that route. There is another new bill that is looking to be passed that will have forgiveness of the payroll tax deferral program signed by President Trump. Many private businesses have opted out of the payroll tax deferral because of the uncertainty in the bill and their employees may have to pay it back next year.

Second Stimulus Check Update | NEW Stimulus Details Released (unemployment)

Second Stimulus Check Update | NEW Stimulus Details Released (unemployment) Welcome back to your second stimulus check update for September 9, 2020. 0:00 Intro 0:20 Senate Republican Skinny Bill 0:46 Unemployment Benefit Update 2:00 Paycheck Protection Program Round 2 3:22 Liability Protection Update 4:39 Mortgage forbearance update Safe to Work Act has just been proposed by Senate Republicans which totals $300 Billion. The unemployment benefit of $300/week will be increased ON TOP of the FEMA funded unemployment signed by President Trump. Now, if this unemployment benefit is passed, it will backdate payments going back to the expiration of the cares act unemployment. So that means that the unemployment payments will be back paid from August until the end of the year in addition to the FEMA unemployment benefit. So for 5-6 weeks, the unemployment benefit will be back at $600/week once the FEMA unemployment expires, it will be $300/week until the end of the year. Paycheck Protection Program Round 2 The PPP loan was made for businesses that lost a big amount of revenue, and potentially the ppp loan forgiveness could be applied. In this second stimulus check update, the ppp loan has been extended for businesses that have lost because of rioting. And the ppp loan will cover the expenses for sanitization for your place of business. ALSO the ppp loan forgiveness will be streamlined in order to make the ppp loan forgiveness easier. Liability Protection Update: New updates if you want to sue your employer if you contracted COVID-19 at your place of work. You must know every location and know each person you interacted with, in 14 days of onset symptoms. Second Stimulus Check Update: There is no indication in this bill for a second stimulus check. My speculation is that it will be within the larger stimulus package that the senate will be voting on before the end of the session. Congress and President Trump agree that there needs to be a second stimulus check for the American people. Many reports recently point towards how the stimulus check has increased revenue during the pandemic. So a second stimulus check will be very helpful to American families that may be in dire need of a second stimulus check. But we will have to see if Congress & President Trump can come to an agreement for a second stimulus check. This has been your second stimulus check update! EIDL Grant is now CLOSED & Second Stimulus Check UPDATE!

EIDL Grant is now CLOSED & Second Stimulus Check UPDATE! The FREE $10,000 SBA EIDL Grant has been CLOSED! What does that mean? Can you still get the SBA EIDL Loan? Can I still apply for the Paycheck Protection Program? Well, I breakdown everything here and unpackage what you need to know in regards to the EIDL Grant, the Paycheck Protection Program, and I also give an update on the Second Stimulus Check and what you can expect! RIP to the free $10K EIDL Grant 😭 But you can still apply for the EIDL loan, which still needs to be paid back and can not be forgiven. Just as a quick refresher as to what you can actually use the EIDL Loan for general operating expenses; utility costs, lease for your office space, mortgage payments, payroll, inventory obligations. But you CAN NOT use the EIDL Loan for expanding business, buying a franchise, buying any fixed assets, or can’t use the money to actually pay off your mortgage. EIDL Grant Questions Answered + Hidden Process https://youtu.be/keySGMPvRjU If you applied for the EIDL Grant before July 12, 2020, I think you will be safe and still in consideration for the free $10,000 EIDL Grant. However, if you are just submitting for that now, you may have missed the chance for the free $1k-$10k EIDL Grant but you will still be considered for the EIDL Loan! Moving on to the Paycheck Protection Program, it is STILL OPEN but with just how the EIDL Grant just closed, you can expect the same thing to happen to the Paycheck Protection Program, so if you plan on applying for the PPP, DO IT NOW! And don’t forget the PPP is open to people who are self-employed and rumor has it, the entire funding can be forgiven completely, just make sure to verify with your lender beforehand! NOW! The Second Stimulus check update! So the HEROS act has been shot down in the Senate and by President Trump. BUT the Senate is working on a second stimulus check program that COULD be given out. And within the second stimulus check guidelines, if you make less than $40,000 a year, you could qualify for a second stimulus check. And even on the White House side, President Trump is in favor of a second stimulus check. Now for the unemployment checks, for one, they are set to expire at the end of July. But there may be another extension signed into law by Congress and the Senate here shortly with a smaller amount. But others have speculated that it could be mandated by the State of residence.
